This green beech is commonly grown and makes good privacy, security and shelter. This hedge is suitable for use in most soils and locations and is generally available in sizes from 2 – 3ft (60 – 80cm) to 5-6ft (150cm – 175cm) or bigger if required. This hedge is very easy to maintain and can be grown to any height you wish from 3-4ft (80 – 120cm) – 20ft (6mt).
It holds its foliage which turns from green to brown in colour, over the winter period.
