A clump forming, rhizome type grass that grows 3ft tall (1m), it can sometimes be lax and billowing in form or at other times, attain a tall erect posture, with amazing colour tones achieved in the foliage from mid summer – late autumn.
This plant produces beautiful, airy, pink – red flower panicles in July/August.
